Shipping Schedule — Bahrain

We offer reliable delivery services across the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Delivery Timings: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

We provide three delivery time slots:

Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (order before 7:30 AM)
Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (order before 11:30 AM)
Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (order before 2:30 PM)

Saturday same-day delivery cutoff: 2:30 PM

No same-day delivery on Friday.

Friday deliveries are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Thursday before 2:30 PM.

International Deliveries

International deliveries are handled on a case-by-case basis. Delivery times and charges will be shared with the customer after order confirmation.

Free delivery on orders above BHD 300
BHD 30 .500 delivery fee for orders below BHD 300

Packaging & Handling

We take great care in preparing and shipping your carpet to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Carpets are carefully rolled and securely wrapped
High-quality protective packaging is used
Delivered through trusted courier partners experienced in handling delicate goods

Payment Confirmation

Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will include your order details, billing information, and estimated delivery schedule.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available within Bahrain for orders placed before:

2:30 PM on weekdays

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the next business day.

Once your order is confirmed through our online payment gateway, rockwellcarpet.com will contact you via email or phone to verify your order, delivery address, and the scheduled delivery time.

Cancellation Policy

If an order is cancelled after payment has been confirmed, Rockwell Carpet reserves the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee of the total bill value.

Substitution Policy

In the unlikely event that a selected product is unavailable, we will:

Contact you immediately
Offer a substitute of equal value
Or provide store credit/refund for the unavailable item

We will not deliver a substitute product without your approval.
