Rockwell Carpet ("we," "us," or "our") operates in the Kingdom of Bahrain and is engaged in the trade, sale, and distribution of high-quality carpets and related products.

We do not conduct business with, nor provide services to, any individuals, entities, or jurisdictions subject to sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or other applicable international sanctions authorities.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Authenticity and Quality Assurance

All carpets sold by Rockwell Carpet are sourced directly from reputable Turkish artisans and manufacturers. We ensure that each piece meets high standards of craftsmanship, authenticity, and quality.

2.2 Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of our carpets. However, minor variations in color, texture, and design may occur due to handwoven techniques and natural materials.

3. Orders and Purchases

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons including incorrect pricing, payment issues, or limitations on quantities.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

3.3 Payment

Payments must be made using accepted methods displayed during checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to pay the full amount for the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Methods

We deliver locally within Bahrain and internationally through trusted courier partners. Shipping charges and estimated timelines will be displayed during checkout.

4.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on availability, courier schedules, customs clearance, and destination. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated upon order confirmation.

4.3 Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees in their respective countries. Rockwell Carpet is not responsible for delays caused by customs regulations or restrictions.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

Carpets may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they meet our return conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

5.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If your carpet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. We may request photos for verification. Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned carpet. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rockwell Carpet website — including text, images, designs, and logos — is the property of Rockwell Carpet and is protected under Bahraini and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rockwell Carpet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of the order placed by the customer.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising will be handled through the appropriate legal channels in Bahrain.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
