Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Returns must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. We will inspect the issue and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
